In order to provide affordable treatment for all Florida families, we have provided several financial options to meet your unique needs. Good communication concerning dental problems, treatment procedures and fees is one of our most important goals. In order to minimize expense, we request payment for services at the time they are rendered.
This system greatly reduces the billing and collection costs and results in fees that are lower than would otherwise be necessary. Please do not hesitate to ask us in advance about fees for planned services.
We want you to be comfortable in dealing with these matters. We urge you to consult with your local dentist office if you have any questions regarding fees or treatment procedures.
Dental Care Advantage
Save Big with Dental Care Advantage and Dental Care Advantage Senior
Christie Dental offers the Dental Care Advantage discount program. Additionally, we offer the Dental Care Advantage Senior Program for patients who 55 years old or older. These discount programs provide a 20% discount on dental care and significant savings on vision, hearing and chiropractic care. The Dental Care Advantage program also offers great savings on prescription drugs too. Low annual or monthly fees apply for these discount programs. Enrollment is as easy as visiting your nearest Christie Dental office or by calling 1-888-540-9488.
How to Enroll
Christie Dental provides two quick and convenient ways to enroll in the Dental Care Advantage programs.
1. Call American Dental Professional Services at 1-888-540-9488.
2. Download and complete the enrollment form. Then bring it to your nearest Christie Dental office. To locate a provider for vision, prescription drug or chiropractic programs, visit AMDPS.com.
This program is NOT a health insurance policy and the program does not make payments directly to the providers of health services. This program provides discounts at certain locations for health services. The program member is obligated to pay the provider for all the health care services that the member will receive, but the member will receive a pre-negotiated discount from the providers listed in the network, in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedule. This program does not guarantee the quality of the services or procedures offered by the providers. Discounts vary by provider. The Discount Medical Plan Organization that operates this program is American Dental Professional Services, LLC located at 9054 N. Deerbrook Trail, Milwaukee, WI 53223.
Financing Options
Christie Dental strives to find an ideal financing option for a variety of Floridians. If you have any questions, call your local office.
Option 1
Cash or check at the time that services are rendered. A 5% courtesy discount will be extended on prepayment of the entire treatment plan if the total treatment is $1,000.00 or greater. For patients with insurance, as a courtesy we will file your insurance claim for your reimbursement. (Requires complete exam and consultation).
Option 2
MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover
Option 3
Up to 18 months interest-free financing through Wells Fargo Personal Payment Plan. With this plan your can customize your financial arrangements to meet your personal needs. Get more information and apply online at www.WellsFargoHealthAdvantage.com. Qualified applicants enjoy instant approval!
Option 4
Care Credit accepted for those patients who have a line of credit already established with Care Credit.
A $25 NSF fee applies to all bank returned checks.
Our Appointment Policy
In order to maintain our high quality of dental care and patient service, it is critically important that we make the most of our scheduled time with each patient.
It is our policy that 24 hours notice must be given if you are forced to cancel an appointment. Longer crown and bridge appointments, surgery, and scaling and root planings require a 48-hour notice.
After two broken appointments with no notice, we will place your file in an "inactive status" and special arrangements must be made to reactivate it.
