Ammar Mousa, D.D.S.
Bio:
Dr. Mousa graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He has been continuing his education with such courses as Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. He is also certified by Invisalign.® Dr. Mousa is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
Vivek Nerikar, D.M.D., Limited to Children
Bio:
Dr. Vivek Nerikar was born in Des Moines, Iowa and has lived in Gainesville since 1973. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1998. Upon graduation, he continued his education and completed a General Practice residency at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, Florida. "There is a shortage of dentists who see children, and I do not like to see children in dental need," he said. "I work with children because they have very distinctive personalities that bring a smile to my face." When Dr. Nerikar is away from the office, he enjoys Gator sports, playing basketball, football and reading.
